It seems like no matter what birthday party or get together you go to nowadays, there is always Buffalo Chicken Dip! Don't get me wrong, I love the stuff. But isn't it time to mix things up a bit? For Howie's 25th birthday party last night, I tweaked my usual recipe and put it in crunchy, flaky, bite-size fillo shells that you can just pop right into your mouth! Everybody went crazy for them AND I didn't get stuck washing a million plates and spoons like I usually have to do with the dip. You gotta try these Buffalo Chicken Dip Bites for your next big get-together!

Hawaiian Fruit Dip
The big Ohio State vs. Oregon game is on tomorrow night, and it seems like almost everybody I know is throwing or attending a party! Definitely not a bad way to spend a Monday night! I wanted to post a good recipe that you can easily whip up after work with minimal effort or ingredients. Though I can think of about 25 deliciously unhealthy recipes that could please a crowd, I want to share one of my favorites that's fairly health conscious when compared to buffalo chicken dip or potato skins. That's right, I got your back all you followers that are trying to eat healthier, work out more, drink less, etc! It's called Hawaiian Fruit Dip, and it's my go to recipe for summer barbecues, brunches, and birthdays. 5 ingredients, 5 minutes, and you have yourself a great recipe that EVERYBODY will ask for. When they do ask "where'd you find that recipe?", be sure to send them my way!

Superbowl Sunday Snacks
It's finally Superbowl Weekend! I may seem excited, but my dirty little secret is that I really don't like watching football very much. I do, however, enjoy the social aspects of the game...the tailgating, the talking during commercials, a good beer, and of course, the food!! Everybody has been taking time to debate betting on the Seahawks or Broncos, but have you considered the all-important snacks? I have some great recipes that will make game day even better. Crispy Baked Potato skins, a healthy-but-delicious Southwestern Bean Salsa, and the classic Buffalo Chicken Dip will definitely take your party to the next level!
