Peach Mango Sangria

There's nothing I love more than a tasty cocktail at the end of a hot summer day.  One that uses the fresh peaches that are in season right now?  Even better.  I promise this summery peach mango sangria will not disappoint!

The ingredients are fairly simple to find in any grocery store: pinot noir, triple sec, mango nectar, sugar, lime and peach.  If you can't find the mango nectar, just substitute a peach or mango juice, it's practically the same thing.  I measured 8 oz. of wine, 6 oz. of mango nectar, 1 shot of triple sec and 1 tsp. sugar into a wine glass.  Make sure that all of the ingredients are chilled so you have a cool and refreshing drink!  Since this was a test run for the recipe, I made a single serving of the sangria.  The recipe posted below is for 2 servings, though.

Since I was only making one glass, I used about 1/4 of the lime.  I first sliced a ring off the lime for the garnish, and squeezed the juice of the remaining end piece into the sangria, tossing the lime in as well for extra flavor.  I repeated the same process with the peach, cutting of a wedge for garnish and dicing about 1/4 of the peach to put into the sangria.

The only step left!  Sit and enjoy!  Summertime can't get much better than this!
